Wow what a day ! We started out this morning at 8 am for swimming lessons. I let everyone sleep except Kylee cause she is the only one that needs to be in the pool by that time. Everyone was so wired by the time I got back home to pick them up, I threatened to forget swimming lessons and we actually drove back home and I left everyone there that wasn't required at the pool. We spent the afternoon at Flo's swimming in the lake -- the water was gorgeous until the wind changed direction and we were suddenly surrounded by dead little things floating ALL OVER the top of the water. We got out really quick ! ! It was a nice evening for a drive to Ferndale for Kelsey to play ball, which they lost, of course. Kwyn found another baseball to add to his collection {as long as he doesn't take them out of the coaches equipment bags we're okay}. Milt had supper ready and waiting when we got home; home made fish & chips. It was good {but I won't tell him that or we'll never get take out again}. It is after 2 now so I should go to bed -- 7 am comes early. Night !

I finally got my ftp program to work so I can now do more to update my site. I've added a few new pages -- random facts and googlisms. I've added a Quizzes Page -- now I just have to find some quizzes to put up. Second day of swimming lessons went really well - hey Kate, I volunteered you for LIT next week. Your welcome. It will give you something to do in the mornings for a week anyway. My kids are all turning into little fishes -- they are going to be water logged when they go back to school. Now if only I could get them to go to bed at a half decent time at night they wouldn't be so tired in the morning. After a day of fighting with the Employment Office and my former employer, I was ready to relax at Kylee's ball game -- ended up wth a headache from staring at the sun trying to see the batter {why do they make the visitor's face the setting sun??} but we won, so I guess it was worth it. One more game this week then we are done til next Tuesday -- we won't know what to do with ourselves at night if we don't have a ball game to go to. Well, til tomorrow if my ftp program co-operates . . .

My first post with my new blogger ! ! I hope someone reads this ! Not sure what exactly I am suppose to type in here so like everything else in my life, I'll just wing it. Just 5 weeks left til school goes back - hallaleujah. Swimming lessons start in the morning so off we truck to the pool for 5 hours a day for the next 2 weeks. Kate left today for band camp for a week -- her big concert is on Saturday -- I am always late for it so I guess I better not be this year. Milt is starting his second week of holidays -- all that man ever does is eat !!!! Seems like I cook all day long.
